Why would anyone be jealous of THAT?

So far this CEO has successfully kept a rolodex full of lenders happy and coming back for more without generating a nickel in operating revenues. Should shareholders be jealous of that ability as well? It's like being proud of your kid if he steals a bike and gets away with it because you taught him well. What's for shareholders not to like?

When you click on the 1Y version of the chart to the right does your heart swell with the same pride that you feel when he does "the right moves" to squeeze some damage money out of a defendant who finds it cheaper to pay him than their own legal team?

Is that why people buy and hold the shares of this "diversified life sciences company" that says that it is "focused on generating profitable revenues in the natural wellness sector and on developing a proprietary synthetic biology platform technology through its wholly-owned Pilus Energy subsidiary" but hasn't actually done any of those things? "Balanced Innovation and Commercialization"

And I know I've said this before but how long does one have to wait before the use of the phrase "its wholly-owned Pilus Energy subsidiary" on the home page of the company website becomes actionable for its fraudulence? It's likely that bringing it to the company's attention acts to support the case against it when they fail to correct it for a lengthy period of time, but that seems to be their choice.
Anyone can be a defendant if they try hard enough. Right?
It's just hard to get the SEC's attention here. He's probably safe.
