Rett trial - this trial is not registered and started and everyone is expecting it to be quick trial and fast enrollment. We have heard that it will have approx 60 patients

Here are few things to consider -

1. The number of patients available are very limited and dispersed
2. Rett org has enrolled only 162 patients till now for various trials over years
3. There are fee competing trials going on
4. ‘trofinetide’ moved into P3 trial - this means it will get patients on priority basis

All this means that the enrollment could take much longer that ‘quick’ as anticipated - so we may be looking at 9-12 months from start
