Came from one of those adult cartoon shows that was on I believe Comedy Central years ago. The show was called Allen Gregory and was about a pretentious little snot and he called himself A to the G when introducing himself to folks. You can catch episodes in YouTube still. Hilarious show that I thought was funny but the network killed it.

So for example on My Two Cents show Sunday, Roger can introduce himself as R to the M before he tells us all the fantastic news he’s sitting on about how the share price will soar.
