Is there ANYONE on this posting board who is a part of or a member of the Equity Committee? Does the Equity Committee meet with anyone of value who has information once in awhile or regularly? If not why not? Is there anyone on this posting board who was a part of the original Equity Committee and if so did it just disband without any further involvement? What is current status of the Equity Committee? If the Equity Committee negotiated the deal on Escrow Shares/formula for payout, who did they negotiate that with? Court? FDiC? Who? Are those people still around? Who are they..where are they?

Seems very strange to me that we all have a part of "something" as an owner of "something" yet we have NO ONE in the know...Who's driving the bus?

Someone HAS to know where the bus is going? Don't they? SOMEONE HAS TO HAVE THE PLAN SOMEWHERE...WHO MIGHT THAT BE? I DONT THINK OUR BRILLIANT BOARD OF DIRECTORS KNOWS SQUAT!! THEY APPEAR TO BE NOTHING BUT PUPPETS...IS IT KKR? ONE OF THE HEDGIES? JPM? WHO"S DRIVING THE BUS...SEEMS TO ME WE NEED TO KNOW WHO THAT INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP IS? WHEN WE KNOW THAT....THEN WE'LL KNOW HOW TO GET THE INFORMATION THAT WILL LESSEN THE SPECULATION

UNTIL WE KNOW THAT....EVERYTHING... IS A CRAP SHOOT...AM I MISSING SOMETHING?
