If JAN gets us a SOLID update first, and gets us 1 SOLID update a week moving forward we see .02+ shortly after.
We get master plan approved, and some increased LOT reservations we see .05+ with .10 or higher achieved quite easily once ground breaks on first few homes.
Once this starts looking more like a company that's making moves and going places (like last year) the share price will follow.
Possibilities here are endless, just need to to get the word out wider than blog updates.
