Paris Group being an actual client; when in fact, they merely placed a bid - AND LOST the bid
and having a rolling service contract with Lucy's - and then having Lucy's state that they have no relationship with MCIG/Rollie's/Vellum

mCig never claimed they had pre-orders. I did, after speaking with Paul. He told me he was satisfied that they had orders for the service. Unfortunately, the service never took off because the custom rolling machine they ordered wasn't able to handle the load.
