One flaw in you allegation:

" in August 2015 the DMC gave a futility recommendation to the company and to the FDA ,as a result the FDA put a clinical hold on the trial.

Powers has illegally continued to raise funds without reporting material information to shareholders continuing to believe the trial will meet its secondary end point despite the futility rec from DMC

If this were true why would the FDA lift the hold? Are you theorizing that the FDA is helping facilitate Linda Power's nefarious activities?
