The 9.7m was for infringing of phone factor, had nothing to do with AZURE. There is a license agreement related to AZURE, which uses ProtectID of SFOR. The money related AZURE has not been paid yet.

The current financial situation of SFOR is different from last spring when SFOR settled with MSFT, and there was no triple damage punishing in that case. So it is possible for SFOR to get more settlement fees this time than last time.

Will wait to see.
