The 8K out today reports this:

The Company also updates that its 2015 year-end audit has commenced and its 2015 10K is expected to be filed on or before December 8, 2015. The 2016 year-end audit engagement will start immediately after the 2015 year-end audit is complete.


Seems odd that they're talking about having the 2015 10K filed by 12/8/2015. Do they mean having the 2015 10K filed by 12/8/17 and the 2016 10K started soon after that? Just a typo?
