Because if it were trading higher, then the year to date high would be ... higher! DUH

NO stock can trade today above its high of the year. It can form a NEW high of the year, but can't trade above it.

Then to say that the market is up 25% so there are a lot of winners, but every MJ stock is down form its year high, so they are all losers?? Ridiculous. Our stock showed on his report as up 6,363% for the year, yet that is a loser, because it is not "above its year to date high".
