This I agree with. Has always been the plan for the quickest approval and path to market.

I just don't get the constant bashing of Dr. Missling and he being the assigned reason for the dismal stock performance. I believe in his stated goals and appreciate his timely and consise communicaion. I'd rather he keep quiet and speak when necessary. I can't imagine his responsibility is to reassure the doubting stockholders every time the stock dips on thin volume in a trading range! But thas just me!
