Disagree with " institutions want in they are going to have to pay to play. Retail is not letting them in at this level and shorts can't cover either."

The shorts are covering, and institution can buy if they want at rock bottom prices. This conceit that somehow we have the shorts by their short and curlies is BS. The shorts are making millions and the longs are getting royally screwed.
