What brokers do you know of aside from Scottrade that are allowing buys?

I think a pr about the company doing good business would be nice. They claim to have shown a profit while cutting overhead. Perhaps they secured the funding they seek.

You did state in a post a while ago that this stock needed to go below a dollar then go above 3 times. After today it has. Now what? :)
