Lawsuits are tricky, expensive and a hassle no matter what side of the fence you are on. They rarely ever go exactly how a person plans or hopes for. Even if there has been "mediation" as some people are saying, it doesn't mean there will be some 20 or 30 million dollar settlement. (Mediation has been over for quite some time now by the way)
Also, a trial being moved back can mean different things. Anyone in a lawsuit would only settle for the benefit of their suit, but it doesn't automatically mean some massive payout like some on here are hyping up for. It could only mean it made sense and the best sense.
Again, lawsuits that drag on are expensive. It means the cost continues to rise, stress continues and the rumors continue on both sides. All we know right now, is that the trial date was pushed back.
