What does it take for a start-up company to enhance it's shareholders value?

If ViaDerma is not the perfect scenario of a promising start-up, I just don't know what is anymore.

Ceo Dr. Otiko and Phillips had delivered everything they set claim to in the past 18 months. They brought the product to market, a pharmaceutical product and revenue, HELLO!

Fundamentals just don't apply anymore in today's market, just scammers.
