It is a toxic debt ridden stock who failed to file their quarterly.
Just because a stock goes up does not mean it is not some insider manipulation scheme - which I believe it is.
It's a pump being fueled by Steve Reinharz on twitter. And inside info being leaked thru Steffan DALSGAARD to a certain poster.

Trades move these stocks up and down all day long. Are those regular block trades and t-trades still happpening?
Did They have the YIELD SIGN slapped on so toxic funders can't convert? That doesn't always work either as they find a way.

Nothing worse than bragging a scammy stock is up only to have it plunge later and everyone blames shorty.
