Hey Penny,
I think if it had been profit taking it would have been a smoother ride down over several days. This was a drop off the cliff.

here is my suspicion...Some major players know the earnings report is not good and decided to 'pump' the stock thru a lot of different channels while they dump a lot of shares without tanking the price too much.

Kramer may have been in on it or he may have been duped...idk.
