I've been trying to figure that out myself. No news out there that I can find. And Jim Cramer actually had a positive plug for ZAGG. So go figure.

One possibility... that there are some heavy insiders that know that the EPS to be reported on Nov 1 (after the close) is either not good or the earnings guidance is not good. Pure speculation on my part. I think that this is highly unlikely though.

Other possibility... we are simply seeing some profit taking by those that got in early August this year. They had a MONSTER runnup in PPS. So maybe they got spooked by the EPS report date announcement and took profits.

I am averaging down on this pull back (PB).
