Inxs, I don't know but I am getting tired of all this waiting. The company must be quiet for a reason but you would at least think they would have sent out a flurry of PR's right before this conference. Really does bother me..Noted below is a copy of the email I sent Hawk and Associates this evening. If he responds I will post it for everyone:

Dear Sir:
On September 22, 2006, MobilePro submitted a letter to
the SEC (attached to this email) in regards to their
registration statement. As you know, the letter
indicated they were going to withdraw their SB-2 and
file a form S-3 instead.
As an average investor holding 165,833 shares in MOBL,
I have no idea what this means. Is this a good thing
for MOBL or a bad thing? If this is a good thing, can
you please explain to me in laymans terms why this is
a good thing. The share price has since dropped from
.19 to .14's in less then 2 weeks and there has been
little to no news from the company, especially the
Tempe numbers and/or advertising campaign for Tempe.
If you would please take the time and respond to my
email I would greatly appreciate it.
