According to Zion's Meggiddo Jezreel License Extension, Zion must submit final report on the results of drilling 1 November 2017.

Do not know if this report is to be made public at first, or if the State of Israel's Petroleum Commissioner has to review it prior to public release.

I do know that Zion has always exceeded Israel's expectations with respect to schedule and reporting.

Megiddo-Jezreel #1 (“MJ #1) well was spud on June 5, 2017, well in advance of the June 30, 2017 deadline under the terms of the current license.

1 Begin drilling / spud well 30 June 2017
2 Submit final report on the results of drilling 1 November 2017
3 Submit a plan for continued work in the license area 1 December 2017

Therefore, this report is due at any time.
