Bah, another narrow assumption. For one thing, the regulatory landscape is being interpreted on a daily basis by BT... IMO XXII's relevance is becoming more and more apparent... just wait until Friday's Day 2 conference... I can't wait to see what BT has to say, directly, with regard to the VLN initiative...
