and the % of those in R-IT that will be under 65 ?

We will know it later ... ANCHOR: "The mean age was 61.4 years; 38.9% were ≥65 years of age" ... 61.1% was under 65 ...

Re Poland vs US

If you read your own citation (?) you have to know:

only 9.5% of the Polish general population received the vaccine (13). Among persons aged 65 and over, the vaccine coverage increased only from 7% in 2004 to 14% in 2007 (7)

... and it wasn't "changed" ... 2007/08 ... 2013/2014 ( 65 and over, %): 9.1 / 11.4 / 9.3 / 9.3 / 14.2 / 7.4 / 12.5 / 13.4.

Other R-IT, EU countries:
Netherlands*: 76.9% -> 60.1%
Romania: 52.6% -> 7.4%
* 2008/09 ... and by you "So I would guess that at least 75% of CAD patients ... get a flu shot this year ......anyway ...similar to the Netherlands"

expect a big push to have those in R-IT vaccinated in US

Well ... the "62.7% of people aged over 65 years" as a result of the "big push" increased to 65.3% (2016-17 Season) ... WOW ...+2.6%, 4.15% increase over 12 years ... Are you amazed by this?

Sum: You put the cart before the horse (as usual) ... you said something (based on your own experience ... like quack Ralphey) but failed to search / find any supporting data ... no surprise, since the data / research does not support your view ...

Best,
G

ps.:

how about in Eastern Europe R-IT population. Since you live there , you should know

Since you know where I live, it's "funny", but more likely sad ... Hungary isn't in Eastern Europe (don't be outdated, the Cold War ended 28 years ago) and definitely isn't Poland or Romania ...
