I wonder what the key words are to illicit a response from the owners?



If you own shares, YOU are the owner.
The brothers work for you.
And that is what makes the silence -- and the unwillingness to respond to reasonable questions/inquiries -- so offensive and unacceptable.

Even if they say "I'm not allowed to answer that question in this setting" or something, they should at least respond.
