Very simple, dark pools have had many months to accumulate shares at low prices and sell them to keep the price in check. There are countless reasons why these types would purposely do this and many have been discussed on this board. The competition obviously fears NWBO's tech hence the many attempts to drive this company into BK. This battle will continue until indisputable proof comes out. If this happens these pools will evaporate and move onto new pastures. Until then we wait and the SP will be held in check.
