Hi Toof, Interest Rates..............

Stocks can't be a bargain if interest rates will double.

If the FED got out of the way, my guess is the markets would carry short term interest rates to around 3.5% from the current 1.108%/year.

I agree it's a scary environment. Let's hope earnings growth can help dilute the current P/E as fast as the FED lets interest rates rise.
