Proof that Charles D’Alberto is a thief, has not filed any lawsuit, has no lawyer, and is an uneducated lying idiot.

Here is the page of Charles D’Alberto’s fictitious $300M lawsuit, that he tweeted on October 14:
“We have filed a $300 Mill Law suit (sic) against (-REDACTED-). Exert (sic) attached.”
(The redactions are mine, not D’Alberto’s.)

(Please ignore ‘Liddle Charlie’s spelling errors and proof that what Charles presented is not a page from any lawsuit; as detailed here: https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=135436491 )

Charles D’Alberto not only created this document (that he calls a lawsuit) but he committed plagiarism too.

Look what I found on the web:

"3. Punitive Damages Arising through Allegations of Intentional Misconduct

Intentional misconduct is expressly defined by Florida Statutes:

“Intentional misconduct” means that the defendant had actual knowledge of the wrongfulness of the conduct and the high probability that injury or damage to the claimant would result and, despite that knowledge, intentionally pursued that course of conduct, resulting in injury or damage.
Fla. Stat. 768.72(2)(a) (emphasis added)

A cursory review of the language of the statute would lead one to believe many claims, including but not limited to, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, conversion, tortious interference, misappropriation of assets, and shareholder oppression would support a claim for punitive damages. "

Looks familiar - doesn't it?

Charles D'Alberto stole it, word for word - underlines and all, from:

http://www.jimersoncobb.com/blog/2015/07/an-overview-of-florida-law-on-punitive-damage-claims-in-business-or-commercial-litigation/ (An Overview Of Florida Law On Punitive Damage Claims In Business Or Commercial Litigation)

Liddle Charlie is a thief and not only steals money from people but also steals someone else's written work and tries to pass them off as his own.

It also appears that ‘Liddle Charlie has “borrowed” many phrases from the Saltsman v. Goddard lawsuit from Ohio (i.e. “aforementioned conduct evidences a conscious disregard for the rights of other persons and has a great probability of causing substantial harm”, etc.)

Yes there are no lawsuits and Charles D'Alberto has no lawyer.

Charles D’Alberto stop all your nonsense – before it’s too late and you’re back in jail and the Perla “management team” will be responsible for all of your debts.

Also, rbkservices, thanks for the information detailing Perla’s Australian “management team”. It has been noted and saved.
