Charles D’Alberto, thank you for providing the proof that:

There is no lawsuit and to use the words of Rex Tillerson; “You are a MORON”.

Your tweet from October 14:
“We have filed a $300 Mill Law suit (sic) against (- REDACTED-). Exert (sic) attached.”
(The redactions are mine, not D’Alberto’s.)

Charles, “Law suit” is spelled LAWSUIT and EXCERPT in not spelled “Exert”. These are things we all learned in high school, which apparently you never completed.

Looking at the screen shot that Charles D’Alberto did of this alleged 36 page, $300M defamation lawsuit filed in the state of Florida; I being to laugh out loud.

According to Charles D’Alberto, this lawsuit was filed by the “#1 Defamation Attorney in the USA” (according to D’Alberto’s September 23rd Tweet).

Charles’ “exert” of his imaginary lawsuit is not even close to how a lawsuit complaint looks or reads.

A Lawsuit complaint is filed to the court and address the court – ALWAYS. Charles “exert” reads as if it’s a letter addressing the person he is accusing of defamation. Some examples include:
“Intentional misconduct means that YOU had actual knowledge..”
“YOUR aforementioned conduct..”
“It is likely that YOUR defamation”

Charles, you are to address the court in your filing NOT the defendant. It should read: “The defendant’s aforementioned conduct“ or “Mr. XXX’s aforementioned conduct“.

Also, the format of what Charles D’Alberto presented is ALL WRONG. Each paragraph of a lawsuit complaint MUST be numbered – ALWAYS.

Charles’ make-believe lawsuit reads as:
“Your aforementioned conduct evidences a conscious disregard for the rights of other persons and has a great probability of causing substantial harm”

But, an actual lawsuit complaint would be formatted as follows:
“ 57. Your aforementioned conduct evidences a conscious disregard for the rights of other persons and has a great probability of causing substantial harm”

I find it hard to believe that any attorney would make any of those errors. Let alone the “#1 Defamation Attorney in the USA”.

The evidence is overwhelming:
1.) There is no Perla/Charles D’Alberto lawsuit PERIOD.

2.) The evidence of a Perla/Charles D’Alberto lawsuit as presented by D’Alberto’s Oct 14 Tweet is laughable. It was clearly written by Charles D’Alberto and no one else.

3.) A $100M Perla/Charles D’Alberto lawsuit was never filed. (see D’Alberto’s Sept 25 Tweet)

4.) A $100M Perla/Charles D’Alberto lawsuit was never served on anyone. (see D’Alberto’s Oct 6 Tweet)

5.) A $300M Perla/Charles D’Alberto lawsuit was never filed. (see D’Alberto’s Oct 14 Tweet)

6.) Perla/Charles D’Alberto has not retained any attorney and certainly not the “#1 Defamation Attorney in the USA”. (see D’Alberto’s Sept 23 Tweet)

7.) There will never be a true Press Release by Perla’s lawyer. (see D’Alberto’s Sept 25 Tweet)

8.) Perla/Charles D’Alberto have not filed any criminal complaints against anyone. (see D’Alberto’s Oct 11, 13, 14 Tweet)

9.) Any person who Charles D’Alberto threatens with legal/criminal action should immediately LAUGH OUT LOUD.

10.) Charles D’Alberto is clearly: delusional, a habitual liar, and uneducated.


My opinion: Perla Group International is nothing more than an EMPTY SHELL. There are no assets, no employees, no contracts, and no income of any kind. The worth of this company is solely the shell it’s self.

The CEO (I use that term very loosely) of Perla, Charles D’Alberto, is clearly the entire company. Perla has no office anywhere or anything of value. My assumption is that Charles D’Alberto is exiled in some county outside of the USA because there are too many judgments, liens, warrants against him.

He will not file any civil or criminal charges against anyone, as that would reveal his location and defeat his current attempt to evade justice.

More than likely Charles D’Alberto is hiding in his apartment, somewhere in Europe, in his underwear, Tweeting, posting on social media, and creating websites that detail how great he is. He is a sad sad man.

Clearly, Charles D’Alberto has a severe Napoleon complex (short-man complex) along with some other serious mental health issues. I urge him to seek professional help to resolve his issues.
