I agree that MYDX got swindled from what I have read on the internet. I'm just waiting for all of the names of the defendants to become public knowledge and let the Superior court of San Diego, Ca sort it all out. IMO it is going to be a losing battle for the defendants, especially with the outrageous attorney fee's that they charge.
