If I understand the LPC agreement correctly, you were technically correct in your previous statement.



LPC is prohibited from holding a “NET” short position. Not from shorting. Theoretically if they held 2 million shares they could short 1.9 million for example.

Anavex’s previous filings seem to prove LPC isn’t doing that.
