In theory, anyone who can legally buy and resell the product can open an Amazon store and sell it.

Amazon has made it easy enough to operate your own "Amazon Store" that a lot of people cruise the internet for products like this, offer it on their store without having purchased it, and when someone places an order, they simply use Amazon Prime Free 2 Day Shipping to ship direct to the buyer, removing themselves as a middleman as far as receiving and shipping and simply collecting money in between.

The catch would be that, beyond being allowed to sell it, that they get it at a price that they can make a profit compared to someone ordering it direct from Biogenx.

If people do not know to order from Biogenx and do not know about the $ 99 price at Biogenx, they could, in theory, sell it for say $ 125 or $ 150 and for very little effort clear $ 25 to $ 50 per unit sold.
