nef I had a fortune of almost 3 million dollars based on stock speculation. I lost that and had to sell the properties I owned and owed more than 100,000 dollars. My recipe is to forget about the past and concentrate on the future. A lot of valuable things are free of charge. For tens of years it has ok for me to spend about 4 dollars on food even if I can afford to spend 10 times that if I wanted to. You should try to change your attitude to what is valuable in life. A few days ago I spoke to almost 500 people about the experience I just referred to.
