It clearly says that it is currently seeking ACQUISITIONS, which means EHOS is looking TO BUY cultivating components. well...with what money? oh i know! SHARES!! Second tier says it will expand into other sectors that support the industry...translation...we will have to buy other components to expand. With what money? wait...SHARES!!! Do I need to breakdown the third tier for you?
