Two weeks ago ... met with the venture arm of IKEA who will invest in XNRGI and would like a US co-investment at a pre- money valuation range of $105M to $120M....

The IKEA investment if you read the email carefully is not in NEAH, it is in XNRGI ( if the email is real ) and they want to see a concurrent "other" investment

Not something for nothing, they want someone else to invest before they put money in the pot.
