Email response from Michael Redman:

Dear Joshua,

Thank you for sending the links. I am all for constructive criticism but the quotes you sent me from this person are not accurate. Furthermore, I have stated publicly on several occasions that Oncolix intends to uplist to OTC-QB in the near future with our sights on Nasdaq.

I believe most people on IHub know the bad actors and do not put much credence in their words. It would be a waste of my time to counteract each accusation because of the lack of credibility and accuracy of such individuals.

We all know that biotech companies do fail and others develop blockbuster drugs. It is companies like mine that give faith to the people who are suffering from cancers that have little to no treatment options.

My attention is focused on building value for our stockholders and the best way to achieve this goal is to continue to reach milestones that drive value.

We just announced the name change and made some director moves. Next we intend to change the ticker symbol. After the ticker change, it is our short-term goal to be uplisted to OTC-QB. We also intend to add more prestigious board members and a world-class scientific advisory board. MD Anderson will soon evaluate our drug for the treatment of endometrial cancer. Oncolix is seeking an Asian partner to co-develop our drug for the treatment of cervical cancer. We also want this Asian partner to invest into Oncolix. Additionally, Oncolix is currently evaluating other cancer technologies to bolster our pipeline. All of this information has been previously disclosed and was also reiterated at the MicroCap conference this week.

I believe our message is clear. Oncolix intends to build value for our stockholders and more important, to improve the lives of people who are suffering from cancer.

Thank you for your concerns about my area in Texas. I was fortunate and had no flooding problems other than I was landlocked for four days and could not drive to our corporate office. Others were much less fortunate.

Sincerely,

Michael T. Redman
