Federal Gov. / Military Program:
We are registered on the Federal Supply Schedule (“FSS”), General Services Administration (“GSA”) and Distribution
and Pricing Agreement (“DAPA”). These registrations open the door to a strategic partnership to benefit the military
and government employees. Currently, warfigthers with high blood pressure are unable to serve in many combat
roles. We have an exclave broker in this vertical: Disabled Veterans Medical Supplies and Equipment, Inc. We are
working with DVMSE to bring our product to the 1.2 million active duty personnel, 1.2 million reserves, as well as
retirees, family members, and civilians under the DoD and federal government. We will be selling our product through:
VA Canteens, PXs, and VACs directly to the warfighters internationally.
International - Retail Sales Canada
Leveraging our Canadian Patent (CA 2889603), we are working with a partner in Canada to first register our product
with Health Canada. This partner is also a strong ally in leading our clinical trials. With 5 post-doctoral degrees and 30
years’ experience in this industry, we expect our Canadian partner to help establish our brand in Canada and help
transition us to an international market as well as aid us in making product claims with the FDA here in America.
Classification of our product as a pharmaceutical was under consideration by The Food and Drug Administration in
the Philippines. Reactivation is mostly a function of money to fund additional clinical studies and to pay various fees.
Also, several country's representatives for health and wellness entities have expressed strong interest in our product.
Including but not limited to: Saudi Arabia, France, Canada, and Philippines..
Medical Clinics / Doctor Channel: The science supporting our product is very strong. a fact that is not lost on those
who pay the enormous healthcare delivery costs of Americans. Patients who suffer from major cardiovascular related
maladies represent a disproportionate share of Health care providers costs. A 5% drop would be huge, and we
believe we can successfully make that case. The huge revenue implications. Through partnerships, Clinical & Herbal
has access to 200 independent sales representatives who sell to doctors and clinics. This network currently
represents 30,000 clinics across several states.
