it isn't a lie. according to the court docs, judge decision was to have DBMM hand over shares to Asher (which is barred from owning shares in public companies) and since DBMM doesn't own any shares, it can't. simple. no need to complicate it with noise.

Buy it, trade it, hold it, ignore it... do whatever your want, just
don't do it because of what I say.
