I was the one that brought up the option of MYDX's attorney's taking the case on a commission/contingency basis and it was directed at the complete MYDX board, as a thought. The post that said NOPE. Didn't happen. to me was a confirmation from you that you had factual evidence that the case was not taken on a contingency basis. And I do feel that there is a need to discuss this option because it affects MYDX, which I am a shareholder of. If/When MYDX wins their lawsuit it will benefit the complete company.
