Jones already said we are several years away from a finished product.The short term hang ups are strictly due to the timeframes self imposed. Any semblance of a completed portion of the project will be a coincidence if its schedule is kept.
Expect delays cost overruns and headaches... This isn't going to be text book.I got lots of time,so I'm more concerned about the feasibility of the strat then its applications.
