IMO - Billy will NOT take any action to reinstate with NVSOS and bring current with OTC... He was just stalling to DUMP his remaining shares... My guess is his new game is with CCT* - Bitcoin is WAY out of his league and he'll play the same P&D games there for a while... IVS will become custodian and their deal with the potential RM candidate will move forward... Isn't the 28th the drop dead date for Billy to pay-up NVSOS and OTC or GRDO reverts to IVS?
