the only relevant date in the life of BIEL is sales. Which is vacant currently. we can announce paper certifications all day long of varying types. they don't really matter unless it is followed by the ability to generate sales. Which NO certification to this point has lifted BIEL out of it's death bed...Back clearance is at least a year away, and follow on back patch sales are at minimum 2 years away. Check back in 2020.
