There are more transactions happening on the OTC than are being reported and archived here. I have seen a number of transactions in recent weeks numbering in increments of hundreds.
As I mentioned, Toga Capital is tied to this somehow. They are gaining some traction in Asia. They have, among other things begun to offer Toga Chat and a mobile app called Yippi. People who invest in this are apparently offered something like Toga Bucks which can be exchanged for 100 shares of toga capital. I do not claim to fully understand how toga capital ties to FPWM but there is a connection. maybe when people exchange their toga chips in for shares, they are actually given 100 shares of FPWM, which would explain these 100-share increments of buys.
500 million Yippi users by 2019? We'll see. But something is in motion now. Look how the spread is changing.

The FPWM website has also been updated again. That is positive.Though this still acts like a sleeper, it is stirring.
