Theie web based platform and the software are all finalized it appears. Requires no manufacturing. They have simplified the process so that physicians job is made much easier. Hopefully more states begin allowing pharmacists to prescribe because the pharmacies have much to gain. In Canada the physicians want the pharmacists to do the prescribing, for meds and for insulin. As such pharmacy chains should get behind it and in the US, the pharmacy chains and the Health Insurance companies stand to gain as well as the pharma companies and insulin companies. But...even with this the cost of care will go down because the faster a patient is placed on intensive management the few comorbidities they will develop. Better patient outcome and lower overall cost of care.
