Very good DD . Chapter 11 plan negotiated creditors have been made whole . #2 convert to chapter 7 and let trustee liquidate any remaining assets . Motion filed . As for the last conclusion . There are no more assets left to distribute . Unless someone finds some hidden assets its over .
