Buyout price is the last thing I am worried about or for that matter I even I think of it, knowing that if DUO can raise $70m Series D http://bit.ly/2xf070h, few days back that values it at $1.14 billion (With a B ) with revenue of merely $73m on Stolen patent & technology from SFOR, I know where this is going and how it will be valued & played out in few quarters.

All the #'s thrown around here is a Peanut, considering what is in the making here and compounding effect of 100's of infringers with settlement cash & royalty/licencing from millions of their clients in 100+ countries will require a advanced graphics calculator to calculate , plot & visualize not only by Ropes & Gray/Blank Rome but by investors as well.
