Wrong! We already have one lawsuit in which the infringer - Entrust has agreed to settlement talks, scheduled to conclude o/a Oct 27th, in order to notify the court with a request of dismissal for the case! We have an additional six lawsuits that are approaching/engaging settlement talks!

What will take years is the ongoing list (almost unlimited) of infringers which lawsuits will be filed against, and litigation will begin. However a recent IPR petition of current lawsuit defendants was denied, further validating SFOR's patented technology. The reasonable perception is that future litigation will require a much shorter time frame to settle!

So as you can see (or should see!), is that SFOR's future looks extremely positive! You can sit on the sidelines and try to find fault with SFOR, or better yet, wisely accumulate SFOR shares for yourself, to enjoy the continued strong ascent of SFOR's valuation and pps moving forward!
