Anytime "ol".
At issue in investing we must always try to stay ahead of the market
with much DD. Difficult, yes, really a full time job. Even more difficult to focus on one stock and the manipulation within the board rooms. After the mandated transfer of FTRPR to FTR common, we will see a 30% increase in the number of common shares in direct relation to FTRPR ONLY!Reason, FTRPR is the ONLY equity involved. Some dilution may occur initially, however, if it happens at all it will be emotional in that the removal of the preferred shares will eliminate the 53% dividend therein offsetting any increase in number of shares. We see this as a "positive" for earnings growth. The 20.+% divy on common should stay the same, but that too may drop some???? Only those in the board room know that outcome. We are staying close as our sources advise they do not see or hear of a divy reduction after the transfer next June. This of course could change, so keep up your DD.
