The company's claims are, unfortunately, not fully reliable (DPZ synergy, the dose dependency at only 5 weeks and with volatile metrics, the 14mg effective dose, etc.) It doesn't mean the P300 results don't continue to show signal, it means they should show such data to support a claim, so others can see and judge. They choose not to in many cases, so the claims are unsubstantiated. This is unfortunate, and the uncertainty remains.

This is also not too unusual for young biotechs, but it is one of the risks when investing in them.
