Do you mean that this Stock has had slow share growth? Os was 115M in Jan 2015, then 814M in Jan 2016, and now 984 (1.5 B fully diluted post debt deal).

Personally I don’t see debtor deal to benefit shareholders. Only difference is shareholders know in advance their going to get screwed vs making it a surprise?
