Formulas:

EPS = Total Earnings / Outstanding Shares

P/E ratio = Price per Share / Earnings Per Share

So if I am using the correct numbers (someone can correct me if I'm not):

EPS = $5,900,374 / $473, 895,499
EPS = $.0124

Current P/E ratio = $.19 / $.0124
Current P/E ratio = 15

Which means that investors are willing to pay $15 for every dollar of earnings that AMFE has. Hopefully this helps.
