IMO would NOT use charts with this play! I think charts are useless with penny plays anyway and wrong a lot of times! We see these fancy cup/handle, etc. and next move up now - then next thing a big drop. Ok we had a pull back, now lets reset and guess again. I recently watched it happen with another stock and many others over the years.
